("Vikyom", "we", "us"), an FSSAI-certified FMCG company based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, manufacturing and selling Namkeen, Makhana, Spices, Snacks and Desi Ghee. 3. Products & Pricing
- All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- We make every effort to display accurate product information, images and pricing; however, minor variations in packaging or weight may occur
- We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice
4. Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, once accepted). We accept UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking via Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery where available. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund where payment was already made.
