1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners, to serviceable pin codes across the country. Serviceability can be checked at checkout using your delivery pin code.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location
- Remote or non-metro pin codes may take slightly longer

3. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹799
- A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold, shown at checkout before payment
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp so you can track your package until delivery.
5. Packaging
All food products are securely and hygienically sealed before dispatch to preserve freshness and prevent damage in transit.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is significantly delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected/actual delivery date at corporate@vikyomindustries.com or WhatsApp +91 80111 19955, and refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for next steps.
7. Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the order, we will attempt to contact you before returning it to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply.
